We strategically connect students to vital services and opportunities enabling each Miner to thrive in achieving their personal, academic and professional goals, while making a lasting and positive impact on their community and beyond.

  • Improve Registered Student Organizations’ (RSOs) support and resources.

Guided by a commitment to data-informed practices, teams across the institution gather, interpret and share insights to elevate student outcomes and enhance the Miner experience. We cultivate strong partnerships and use timely, accurate data to recognize trends and respond to the evolving needs of students, staff, and campus stakeholders.

  • Increase the division’s capacity for data-driven decision making and assessment of existing services.
  • Share student success data campus wide.
  • Leverage Student Success Power BI Dashboard.
  • Look beyond quantitative data to the stories it tells about the S&T student experience.
  • Make data and measurable results part of every team’s annual goal and part of every director’s annual performance review.
